Mahadev Educational Society (MES) is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. MES established in 2004 and aims to actualize its vision by enabling unemployed youth gain economic independence by capacitating them through skill development. It especially focuses on socially disempowered communities.
The management team has 20 years of experience in education & training and has been involved in various engagements and has contributed to the life of more than 25000 students.

Pallavi is an active social worker and contributing in the parliament constituencies of Moradabad, Bijnor & Nagina. Her area of focus has been Women Empowerment in the areas of basic education, skills’ training & self employment in sewing, cooking & embroidery. She has also lead the programs for the development of farmers with a thrust on Informed Farming by bridging the gap between the information requirements of the farmers and CSCs.
During her past 11 years of work, she has been closely linked with Lioness & Rotary Club Bijnor and has been instrumental in leading numerous social development programs.
She has developed an effective network of volunteers & activists who execute the programs at the ground level and ensure value for the last mile.
Pallavi is a P.hd & M.A. in Sociology.
